Processing Time :

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days. Since all products are handmade, some items may take longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • We currently only ship within Australia.

  • Orders over $110 receive free standard shipping.

  • Flat rate shipping:

    • Standard shipping with tracking – $12

    • Express shipping – $16

Free Local Pickup:

  • Parap Market (Saturday) – Free pickup available.

  • Nightcliff Market (Sunday) – Free pickup is currently unavailable.

  • Select the pickup option at checkout and wait for a confirmation email before collecting your order.

Tracking & Lost Packages:

  • Tracking is available for most orders.

  • Chihiro Creations is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by Australia Post.

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns:

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

  • We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or with a promo code.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we will assess a replacement or refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • We do not offer refunds for lost packages.

  • We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with third parties.

  • Payment details are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Customer data is used only for order processing and communication.
